Hi, I'm Emily

...and I used to feel like I was running on a hamster wheel that couldn't stop.

As a child, I always knew my heart.

I got in trouble my first day of kindergarten...

My teacher thought I wasn’t following directions, but I was just being true to myself.

She asked us to draw a self-portrait, so I drew a horse. I’ve always had a deep connection with animals, and that particular day, I felt like a wild mustang running through the hills.

When we're young, life is full of magic. The faeries play with us in the garden, light beings become our imaginary friends, and animals speak to us through our hearts.

As we age, we learn rules, shoulds, and expectations,  and we often abandon our true yearnings in pursuit of success.

My tale isn't that different.

As we age, we learn rules, shoulds, and expectations,  and we often abandon our true yearnings in pursuit of success.

My tale isn't that different.

 8 years ago, I hit rock-bottom burnout.

I was working 14-hour days at a tech startup after having pivoted from a career in education and academia.

I was so focused on contorting my creative self into the mold of a successful corporate hustler that I didn’t realize how far I’d drifted from my true nature until the Universe hit me with a metaphorical brick.

It took unpacking 10 years of chronic health issues to bring me back to myself. I dove into years of research, trial-and-error, and support.

In addition to Western medicine, neuroscience, and psychology, I explored yoga, acupuncture, energy work, and other Eastern healing modalities in an effort to heal my nervous system.

Remembering the intuitive arts changed my life.

Over time, the 5 minutes of meditation at the end of yoga class led to a longer, self-guided practice that reunited me with my true self and opened the floodgates to my intuition again.

I went on to complete a life coach certification, yoga and meditation teacher certification, and Reiki Master Teacher certification. I learned to reclaim my time, energy, and magic as well as establish healthy boundaries with myself, others, and the spirit world.

I knew I needed to share this magic with others who felt lost in the feast-or-famine energy cycle and old structures and stories dimming their true gifts.

Remembering the intuitive arts changed my life.

Over time, my physical symptoms of burnout and chronic stress faded––the daily headaches disappeared, my muscle tension lessened, and my gut healed.

But perhaps more profoundly, the 5 minutes of meditation at the end of yoga class led to a longer, self-guided practice that opened the door to my intuition and true self again.

Inspired, I went on to complete a yoga teacher certification and soon after became a Reiki Master Teacher and certified life coach.

I also dove into the art of card reading, mediumship, somatic experiencing, behavioral change psychology, shamanic-inspired journeying, holding ceremonies in sisterhood, NLP, and more.

Soon, my reawakened enthusiasm for magic became my vocation.

I now show up as all of me, and I want that for you too.

As a result of welcoming the intuitive arts back into my life, I’ve opened up to a whole new way of being––as a woman, partner, friend, mentor, business owner, pet parent, sister, and daughter––and even now, I continue to evolve at a rapid rate.

Because I mastered my time, energy, and relationship to stress, I prioritize what I value most and navigate challenges as if they were adventures.

I now show up as all of me––even allowing the “unfinished” parts of me to shine––without fear of or attachment to others’ judgment. I feel more alive, more wild, and freer than I ever have before.

This is the power of starting my own passion project and this is the power of welcoming the magic back into my life.

This is why I started my coaching practice, and how I'd love to help you, too.

On average, my clients double their energy, feel 1.5 times more confident managing their time, and feel 1.5 times less stressed by working with me.
